Not satisfied with my work, but with the injuries I've sustained in my life its very hard to do manual labor these days. I either need to Excell in being a shitty telemarketer, or find a different non labor intensive job to fill the void. What does a guy do in these trying times?

You could start a lemon aid stand and sell crack down the DL. Hire some hood rats to twerk on the corner with a sign for your stand. After a minute you could pimp out those hood rats to your customers.
