Why not their own continent?
I'm all for repatriation, but the context of the question was three states which I interpreted as 3 US states. I suppose Main, New Hampshire and Vermont would work as well, but there is damn good skiing in Vermont. I figure jersey, maryland and deleware is a decent compromise.
