If so do you use guided meditation or have otherwise read or 'studied' how you should go about meditating? Or have you just come up with your own form of meditating?

I haven't done it in probably over 4 years. Earlier this week I restarted HeadSpace v1 (downloaded off of the pirate bay) I did back then. Just 20 minutes of mediating right can take your mind completely 'out of this world' and give it a chance to exist without everything going on. At the end of the 20 minutes it feels like you're coming back from a million miles away where it got to spend some time and forget the rest of the world existed.

I strive to do it every waking second. In that i see meditation as a state of peace within, where we turn our busy brain into a silent space of rleaxation, but also, intense focus.

You can meditate anywere, ever done the dishes, and just feel yourself float? Daydreaming, its all meditative states.

Try living in your heartspace, and you will be amazed at how calm you can be, and still extremely focused. Its fun!
