I recall Tate having a sound strategy for approaching women. IIRC, make your move, compliment her, ask for her number/nsta, which she will give because women, then ask her for her name, and then WAIT. If she reciprocates and asks you for your name, then you are IN. If she does not ask, then move on because that means she is uninterested.
A few people online have followed the strategy and it seems to work exactly as how he explains it.
