I do it all the time, it's my thing. I set people up for it constantly. I feed people a image, when I have them figured out, and when it counts, I do the exact opposite with perfect timing for maximum effect.
It's hard not to smile and make it look like nothing when people are staring with astonishment. If you do it right, you can make people cry.
My favorite way to do this is if people make an assumption or say something about me, stay silent like they got me when really I don't care enough to correct them. Then they watch me do it and they noticed I didn't care enough to correct them. I prefer to be around people worthy of respect but when it cannot be avoided it's still a bonus to watch them feel inadequate. I have never made one cry though, so you are ahead of my game.
