Staring at any one object or word too long and realizing how wrong/foreign/strange it looks
isnt that weird?
Deep sea creatures?
Death.
'thank you for your service' I never say it. sounds phony as fuck when people say it to me. I was in when people shit on military
If I walk away from my house, it appears to get smaller. If I walk towards it, it appears to get larger.
But if I step inside my house, turn off the lights, and close my eyes, it always takes the same amount of steps to bump into the wall.
My house isn't actually changing size, but my vision tells me it is, because of the way pupils and parallax work.
It is really crazy how skewed our perception is.
We know our most basic interpretation of universe is fundamentally incorrect.

It's even more disconcerting when you think about the fact that we experience such a miniscule portion of reality due to the inability to see all visible light or hear all sounds.
Sound is key to all reality. All matter vibrates.
Have you ever heard of Sonoluminescence?
Yeah. That's why in the beginning God created light first. His voice created light.
Dude, you live in house of leaves
This is what blind people who have restored vision immediately struggle with. It's like they once had a omnipresent view but are now saddled with directional.
I remember as a child asking why far away objects moved slower. The struggle is real.
Bad CGI. Well moderately bad CGI, the really low quality stuff is just funny. The worst is when they spent a lot of money on it but still did a bad job. Look up the trailer for that "Mars needs moms" movie. Super creepy. Or that CGI monster baby in one of those twilight movies.
Just watched the trailer... Now I wish I hadn't. That creepy feeling you're talking about is called "uncanny valley." It happens when something like a CG animation or a robot looks lifelike in most ways but the subtle amounts of things that's not right creates this very off-putting feeling. Another hideous CG movie called the Polar Express gave me the same feeling, and unsurprisingly the same studio that produced that pile of garbage also produced this Mars Needs Mom crap. It's like they're deliberately trying to horrify everyone.
What isn't political?
Oof, I'd hate to live in your world.
The real world? They've infiltrated children's bathrooms for fucks sake...
Not where I live.
Seeing these sheep around me do the same thing every fucking day. Same fucking thing, same goals like some dumb house and more consumables. Bunch of fucking sheep all around me.
the voices in my head... jk They're actually pretty chill and schooled me on the jews and niggers, and then later on the punjabs.
Slipping on ice and cracking some bones every winter. It's as if you're tempting fate with every step. You lose your balance occasionally and almost fall, but it seems like your body recovered before you could even react this time. Lucky, huh. How much of that luck do you still have left? I don't want to know an answer to that.
