I don't know where to get any on the local farm level. At that point there'd be so many different types to choose from I think my head would explode. Up the road from where I'm originally from there's a creamery but the owners are kind of assholes, so I wouldn't want to patron their farm.

They might play around with American cheese in Switzerland. I actually visited the town where Swiss cheese was invented when I was in Switzerland back in 2015. It's a cute little town, something out of a fairy tale.
