A couple of the glass panes are broken, so some wind does pass through, but not enough to blow out the dust quickly. Pretty much everything stored in there gets covered in it eventually. It's mostly for storage and shelter from the rain. I don't really need a professional job done, just getting an estimate of how much gravel I'd have to move around to do a decent job of knocking down the dust. I'm also down a fairly narrow street, so if a dump truck did manage to get down here, they'd have to dump it at the end of the road, which the neighbors might not like if it took me more than a day to move in the yard.
