So, I have a giant Whiteboard sign that I can write on and put out by the road. What should I write on it. I live in a rural area, decent amount of traffic. My town is probably 90%+ White.

Your wording is the issue here. Giant whiteboards start at 4'x8'. Your only going to spread your message to eagle eyes. You should get a white tarp the size of that bus and spray paint.
