Also it looks like Monster / Indeed's sites have seriously tanked on their interface, usability and information reported.

Yes. A number of big tech companies (Meta, Netflix, Amazon, Google, etc) laid off 120,000 people after overinvesting in dumbshit ideas like "the metaverse". The market's flooded at present.
