For playing the game, I prefer lichess.org . Free and open source, easy to use, massive userbase so matchmaking is quick. Chess.com is also a strong second. From what I understand, The ELO evaluation on lichess tends to be more forgiving than on chess.com . For analysis and saved studies, I like lichess better, but again, not a big difference, it's a matter of preference.
