in my neck of the woods, we have two kinds of service. 1)perfect and people know you and your needs, and execute their job with joyful precision. 2) worthless service that makes you angry that you wasted such time and money.
noone wants to go a good job any more. no one cares. thus, its a sympton of a larger problem.
