More than opinion if it's a service bought and paid for, and thus due diligence in selecting the service and provider are important. In the age of growing ineptitude, it is getting increasingly difficult to find quality work and workers that even give a shit to go beyond the bare fucking minimum. Some could be blamed on employers, yes; moreover, it's the culture/ work ethic (or the lack thereof) that currently presents in the work force. If you Pay for a serive and the quality of work is next level, make sure to spread the word and promote the provider. If the work is shit, demand it is redone until correct or fucking sue. Providers will keep serving shit until they're held accountable.
