Yes, its bad. I dont like people to help me because im picky about the way things are done. For example , if someone is helping me paint or stain and they dont keep a wet edge or cut-in the corners prior to rolling, then I have to go back an redo it. I can see the lines when it dries. Im ok with telling them but if they' re giving up their time for me then i just feel like a jerk constantly correcting them. Its picky stuff like that that i cant seem to get past.
Wow, I'm not even good at painting, and while I doubt my speed would impress, literally the first lesson was "only work with what you can cut and roll before it dries"
And how to keep my tools quickly and easily cleaned or stored immediately after.
You aren't being picky at all in that respects. It's literally the lesson before painting 101. Now if only people would stop trying to use those cheap Walmart roller that make the wall into a shag carpet
Haha yeah I always notice walls with all the roller fibers embedded.
