You need to ask yourself, "What does the medication do?" If your body and immune system are functioning properly, the vast majority of meds will make things worse. Meds are only good for unhealthy people, or in extreme circumstances.
A great example is if you catch a virus. Your immune system heats up your body in order to kill the virus. In other words, your immune system gives you a fever. If you take a fever suppressor like Tylenol to stop the fever, you're preventing your immune system from working properly and making you better.
But if someone is unhealthy, or their immune system is faulty, they do require meds. For example, someone's immune system can be fucked up and have a bad allergic reaction to nuts. In that case, because their immune system is fucked, they need meds to stop their fucked up immune system from killing them.
Or if your body is old and fucked up and can no longer produce certain things, then you may need to take things like joint meds and stuff.
You need vitamins and minerals. But I can't think of any meds that would be beneficial to a healthy person.
