I’m talking 5/4 - 12/4 stuff for furniture. I have a local guy who can get me stuff and his prices are exorbitant, I think.

Maple, Tiger, sipo, ipe, walnut. Stuff like that. Anyone use advantage lumber?

Pay out the ass at local hardware. Get the shitty stuff at big box stores. Find local dude with hardwood trees offer to take down for them. Then cute it with furnace place. Mill. Or reclaim and clean it up. Shits expensive. Maybe practice with pine and try popular woods.
