My grandparents never taught me anything. No fishing, hunting, shooting, anything. I would visit all the time and nothing of importance was said. Same with my grandmothers. My parents never really taught me anything either. I learned a few things about working on cars with my dad, but the main thing I learned was I hate holding a fucking lamp and cleaning up tools alone after 7-8 hours of lamp holding fucking sucks.
