To be more direct, I believe "genocide" would still be best as that is what is occurring.

I tried to address why that term seems like it is insufficient for what is occurring due to the perversion of the term at the hands of kikes*, as well as attempted to outline the details of what the question revolves around; that it isn't a genocide of half the planet, it is a genocide of Whites with others also being reduced being "a happy bonus" for kikes. All kikes view all non-jews as cattle; merely animals in a human form. To them, all non-Whites are entirely expendable, particularly so if their reduction or erasure is a requirement for the eradication and erasure of Whites.

*(I realize the term was coined by a kike primarily for use in pushing their lie, but the actions and events that define the term makes it universally applicable for use to describe all instances that fit the definition.
