I have not. I also don't think it is evil. There is potential for it to be used for evil, and the secrecy insinuates that such things are happening, but there is no proof here of that.
I think we should use this type of technology to improve humanity. Why not make niggers smart? Once we get rid of meaningful racial differences there will not be enough conflict to keep distracting everyone from the jewish question.

But power is not inherently evil. You have the power to reach thousands of people with this comment. You can use it for good or evil. Every convenience, every technological advancement, every innovation is power. Progress is power.
I like progress. I like technology. I think the world is generally better today than 1000 years ago.

The world is not better than it was 1000 years ago. But it is a common understanding seeded through propaganda.
People are deeply flawed and destructive. Even the best people. Some of the worst things are done by good people desiring to do good. Power is not good without understanding. Without being all knowing, it is corrupt by its very nature.
