In a done-won-big-lottery scenario: buy house near folks/ grand folks. Build huge garage/ shop for some auto work, but mostly carpentry upstairs (armory in basement with tunnels). Find and buy small boardwalk property somewhere, prob DE cause that’s where I’ve been for beachin. Design and build all woodwork and furniture for a ~20 seat tiny bar. No tvs, just a lil pub on the beach. Install/ open, then get pilots license and plane to fly the 500mi back and forth.
