I don't have any vendor/reseller accounts at the moment. At my last job I had a CDW account for pricing out equipment. I used to sell lots of HPE Aruba switches but they were around $600-900 if I recall and that was just prior to COVID so I have no idea what they go for now. But it also depends on how many ports exactly, how many SPF, POE,...
To be honest though if you want a full 10Gb switch with 48 ports, mananged, with SPF you're not going to find anything worth the money for under $1k.
The other thing with the Aruba's is that you basically MUST get them through a vendor through an official channel/distributor. They have some on Amazon that come from questionable sources bu the gist is they'll never be able to get manufacturer support.
