I've been drinking less, and taking longer stretches of sobriety lately. I get itchy as hell, when not drinking, believe it to be zinc deficiency. Been taking tablets the past few days. Sometimes feel better, but I'm pretty damn itchy. Suggestions?

An organism that lives off sugar in your body. Drink a lot of alcohol and feed it shit tons of sugar it thrives, stop giving it sugar, and it can cause inflammation, rashes, itchiness, discomfort

Alcohol lowers white blood cell count, and has a shit ton of sugars making the perfect conditions for it
