Pregnancy. Migraines are usually a hormone problem.

Run your head under cold water. Make sure to rotate your head to get as many spots directly underneath the water, this will help you find the 'best spot' for pain relief. This will not get rid of the migraine but may help, it does me. When you find the spot, run water on that spot for however long you'd like, 30s, 45s, 90s w/e. This spot changes every time you get a migraine so don't expect the same each time. You'll find yourself doing this once every 60m - 120m or so, as the relief isn't permanent and it isn't complete but it helps.

Second cold water and cold showers in general, the best, fastest natural remedy against inflamation (main cause of migraines).

Hydration and electrolyte supplement.

Hydration, caffeine, children's Tylenol suppositories. I know that sounds disgusting and weird but this will end your migraine, every time.

Normally I just shove the Tylenol up my ass for hedonistic causes, but I guess relief from migraines is sort of the same thing, isn't it?

That said, this is a novel concept. "my favorite off label use...."

Also, carnivore killed my headaches.

My friend has a tragus piercing (on one side) that she swears has cured her migraines. Others have a daith piercings.

Lots of nerves there, so I believe it.

I've had great luck with steaming, burning hot showers and a copious amount of caffeine. Obviously don't do them at the same time because you'll probably end up killing yourself but try one before you try the other.

I used to get them a lot in college and the boiling hot shower helped most male sure you let the shower mostly spray over the top of your head. Then I'de go lay in my bed under a ceiling fan and try to sleep.

If they were real bad it might take 2 or 3 showers with under the ceiling fan cooldowns between.

My first migraine I got when I was 14. It was so bad that I ended up throwing up. The lights had to be totally off, I couldn't talk and no medicine would help.

oh yea the lights were killers, I'de shower completely in the dark, also rotating my head and stretching my neck, neck stretching helps.
