Part of the race is to CBDCs. If they can move quickly to that then they can claim everyone's money. Also, they hard peg the CBDC to the dollar at an overflatted value.

I'm certain of that and the social credit "real ID" thing is on it's way, even though they deny that it's being implemented

CBDC in the west is problematic with the elites due to everyone knowing where the money flows. Thus their corruption can be monitored. There will have to be a back door somewhere or a no touch space. The slowness of it isn't because they can't implement it but rather keep the graft going.
