1) The Federal Government and no state shall pass a law restricting speech that only reflects an opinion, no matter how dank, hateful or inane it may seem. The right to speak hate shall not be infringed.

2) The right to possess and bear arms shall be absolute in any public square or personal private property. The right of private property owners to restrict arms on their property shall not be infringed. The government shall have limited rights to restrict arms in government controlled buildings generally open to the public.

3) It shall be legal to discriminate on any basis for any private transaction. It shall be legal to peacefully boycott any place of business who discriminates against any particular person or group.

4) No government shall require a business license or permit for any transaction of less than $200 between two individuals to perform any work allowed by law. The right to work shall not be infringed.
