1) Get rid of the first amendment. I am not sure how to phrase a replacement but we need to specifically address known violations over the past couple centuries such as time place and manner restrictions or hate speech as well as attempt to future proof it against future problems. Leaving interpretation up to future generations leaves too much room to game the system
2) Strengthen the nondelegation doctrine. It is the only way to role back the administrative agencies making law in dependent of congress. Also add a time limit in which former agency employees can not work in the industry they regulated.
3) Replace the comma in the second amendment with a period. Removing ambiguity again.
4) Address taxation directly. Probably with its own clause. Strict prohibitions on using the tax code or grants to enforce policy indirectly.
5) Fourth amendment needs work. I feel that probably cause has become a rubber stamp and applied far too narrowly. I don't have a way to fix that here but suspect it can be done.
6) Provide for the general welfare. Another phrase that should be definite to prevent future generations intentionally gaming the system.
