I think it may be Morse with the hills being dot and the flat being dash. Might spell POAL but it goes by too fast for me to decipher. Maybe some autist on here will figure it out

Over 3.4 seconds Mr Poalar Bear passes exactly 5 hills, so the number of hills per second is 5/3.4 = 1.47. Highly suspicious! Over a minute he passes 60 * 1.47 hills. That is 88 hills.
