I discovered an Airbnb has begun trading close to my street. Should i be concerned about this?

Some people say Airbnb is a good innovation. But others have said they are a magnet for trouble. I want my kids to be & feel safe where they live. I dont want scum & filth a couple of streets way from my family.

Depends where you live, if it's in a touristy area where people come to see landmarks and stuff, you are probably fine. If it's near a lake or something like that it's going to be filled with parties and all sorts of bullshit.
