I discovered an Airbnb has begun trading close to my street. Should i be concerned about this?

Some people say Airbnb is a good innovation. But others have said they are a magnet for trouble. I want my kids to be & feel safe where they live. I dont want scum & filth a couple of streets way from my family.

Magnet for trouble. There is an AirBNB down the street from me, and a couple of months ago we had the neighborhood's first murder there.
