Talk to the owner, introduce yourself. Either- meet the owners or have a trusted friend/family member book a night and meet them on your behalf. Air B&Bs can be tricky. The owners have to due their due diligence and screen their clients. One slip up and they can face a staggering repair bill. Your concern is warranted. They not only bring a guest to stay on their property (for a fee,) but into their neighborhood, as well. All it takes is one nigger to call it's nigger buddies and you've got a full blown riot a street over.
