I discovered an Airbnb has begun trading close to my street. Should i be concerned about this?

Some people say Airbnb is a good innovation. But others have said they are a magnet for trouble. I want my kids to be & feel safe where they live. I dont want scum & filth a couple of streets way from my family.

Check with your local zoning. Many towns now have a short term rental restriction on residential zoning. They were enacted after having problems with AirBnB. If there is a restriction, report them.
