High intensity workouts in the morning , before eating anything. Your muscles will have limited glycogen to burn , forcing your body to use fat as fuel , not sure of the exact mechanics of it , but it does lower cholesterol and triglycerides over time.

It's difficult at first , but you get better at it if you stick with it. I was 245lbs , 45 inch waist ,triglycerides we're off the chart , and cholesterol was very high. Been working out like this , mornings before eating , for a few years , I'm a muscular 180lbs , 32 inch waist.

Of course your diet has to be on point , something like 40% carbs , 30% protein 30% fats. Stay away from bread and pasta as they cause your blood sugar to spike , and your body to dump insulin.

Read up on nutrition, and just stick with it . Like anything , consistency is key.

I was on Gemfibrozil for triglycerides, now don't need any meds , my blood work is just fine

Good luck
