Explain?
if you fail the government bails you out. If you suceed, the government punishes you if you don't suck the right (((dick))). There is no way to achieve success without corrupting yourself or being honorable, and it only takes one pissed of DA or labor law violation to destroy you. All the rewards go to non productivity, whilst the gains of success go back to the parasitical losers
And to this you can't offend the church of diversity but you have to be ok with being selected against for higher education admissions and scholarships, paying more than melinated individuals, to then have a worse chance of getting a job because you don't check the right boxes.
This is why most of the white people in California "disappeared." People have learned that you don't get anything for putting that you're white, so they put Hispanic or mixed race instead.
