Ever notice how the DS has a fetish of technically plain truthing what they are doing? IE Biden saying they set up the most extensive voter fraud organization in history of US.

Same goes with the vaccines and going along with covid at all. The info was out there. It was a fraud, just the flu, alternative treatments existed and the vaccine was poison. Yet people went along anyways. Do they have any moral right to claim retribution?

Short answer to question in title -- yes.

If you know someone is going to commit a crime, and you watch them commit the crime, but you cannot prevent the crime for whatever reason, you are not morally at fault. You have every right to accuse that person of the crime at a later time and to attempt to aid the justice system in punishing the criminal.
