Support her by being a good Dad. If you can, let her be a stay at home mom. She might bitch about it, but I have never met a woman who has been a stay at home mom for any length who would rather return to work unless forced to. Lastly, as hard as it can be, listen to your woman. You'd be amazed how much steam and emotional drama she can let off if you'll just be quiet and let her yammer on for a half hour or so.
