I read somewhere that states aren't "legally" allowed to secede Looked it up briefly, Texas vs. White, 1869 ruling declared secession illegal without 'consent of the Union', or successful revolution.

"Legal" means nothing in warfare.

Completely false too, the mid west states ONLY agreed to join the union if they were allowed proper representation by the federal government. The federal government is now decreeing that slaves leaving the plantation is illegal based off nothing more than a one sided code of ethics the states have to follow, which the federal government routinely ignores
