I am not from the UK but have been traveling to London for business multiple times a year for nearly twenty years. I have seen the devolution. It is indeed to hide the rapey pedo stuff.
15 years ago you only heard the worst of 00s version of wokesters do it, no one ride did. Ten years ago it had gotten into most media but the average person thought it was stupid. Today is pretty common speak because it's been rammed into society.
Very obviously orchestrated to hide that a disproportionate amount of violence and serial crime is Arabs and Pakis and confuse you with where in Asia they're from.

Arabs yes.
Pakis it depended on the generation. In the UK younger generations consider Paki a slur, but the older folks did.
