Based off another post, is it possible to appeal an unjust termination through the employer? Or do i have to get a lawyer involved?

Since you didnt specify what country you live in, I'll assume you're in the USA. In 49 of your states, employment is "at-will" and they can fire you because they dont like the color of your socks or because you voted for Peewee Herman for county dogcatcher. The only exceptions are:

1) Discrimination based upon protected class such as race, sex, disability, religion, etc.

2) Retaliation for reporting unlawful activity by your employer. E.g. they cant fire you for reporting their dumping of toxic sludge into the local stream.

3) Violations of the WARN Act. I.e. they cant conduct a mass layoff without advance notice.

4) Promissory estoppel. There are limited cases where you have civil recourse if they persuade you to engage in costly activities in exchange for something on their end and then completely renege on the deal. E.g. You accepted a job offer that required spending $10k to relocate across the country, showed up for their first day, and they reneged on the offer.

Outside of that, firing you for BS reasons is legal for the same reason employees quitting for BS reasons is legal.

True, this employer is infamous locally for firing everyone before christmas and re hiring them later on to save on christmas bonuses and pay, and its owned by a very prominent and known kike

all of you should be filing for unemployment, it'll be a costly experience for him when everyone fights his objections and wins.

This. Unemployment insurance can get expensive for employers who regularly lay off employees.

However, is your employer also claiming everyone is a contractor? This is also common because doing so will mean they can avoid social security taxes and unemployment insurance. And it's wrong 90% of the time.

Also, he doesn't have to pay a Christmas bonus, or any bonus for that matter. Seems like a silly reason to fire a bunch of people.

Do not ever work for him again. He plays his tricks because he can get away with it.

The worst part is this is a fortune 500 company, and yet the jew still plays these stupid money saving games. You would think after the first billion, the kike would be happy, but its never enough with these parasites. On top of this, this company gets sued over and over and over again for typical jew shit, like embezzlement, ethics issues, overcharging on bills, crap quality, on top of posting "record" profits. On one hand im upset they fired me, but on the other hand i truly don't care because i realize now just how toxic the place is to be in. In response i work with a bunch of really nice Christians in a startup, and i feel way more at ease and more in my element

Why not just not pay bonuses? Is there no need for labor during christmas? Why do people keep going back?

because jews hate freedom and hate the idea of you having crap, and they specifically make themselves the only employer in town justufying their abusive ways

Good old detrimental reliance.
