Edit: You can tell if someone blocked you by not being able to upvote/downvote them.

They will still be there, even when you click on them they will turn blue, but the vote counter won't change. Sometimes it takes a few seconds for the vote counter to change so try it out a few times before assuming someone blocked you.

I cant imagine people around here spend a ton of time blocking others unless they deem them as spamming kikes.
