Find a barn that trains horses. I used to live at one. Lots of people, mostly retarded middle-aged women, buy and board horses and then do nothing with them. Some of them are more than grateful if someone will ride and exercise their horse. Get yourself real lessons first. If the facility promotes English riding / tack GTFO.
