I live in a area that's getting more diversified to the point that my truck got broken into a few weeks ago. what if any car alarm systems are you using besides the factory system? i am looking to get out but it's at least a year or two before that can happen.

1) get a stick shift. 2) keep your car empty, not even cough drops in sight. 3) ignition switch, and hardwired dashcam. 4) keep your car clean. 2x they failed to steal my car and left behind fingerprints.
