It does not represent actual diversity, as it is inherently intolerant of any belief that does not buy fully into the "diversity" mantra. What they mean by "diversity" is Marxists with different coloured skin and/or different sexual fetishes. Equity is possibly the most evil aspect of this ideology, it is equity that is used to justify the use of force against people in order to take their productive output and give it to the lazy and stupid. It is equity that leads to famine and death and gulags and more death. Inclusion is roughly the same as "diversity", but uses the Marcusian idea of Repressive Tolerance, so ALL behavior of the favored group (the woke) is tolerated and even the thought of conservative behavior is to be repressed. Other Neo-Marxist TLAs to look out for are SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and SEL (Social and Emotional Learning).
