It does not represent actual diversity, as it is inherently intolerant of any belief that does not buy fully into the "diversity" mantra. What they mean by "diversity" is Marxists with different coloured skin and/or different sexual fetishes. Equity is possibly the most evil aspect of this ideology, it is equity that is used to justify the use of force against people in order to take their productive output and give it to the lazy and stupid. Inclusion is roughly the same as "diversity", but uses the Marcusian idea of Repressive Tolerance, so ALL behavior of the favored group (the woke) is tolerated and even the thought of conservative behavior is to be repressed.

My corporate overlord is obsessed with DEI. It likes to brag that "our" company is the most inclusive employer in the industry. DEI is corporate morality, our mandatory DEI meetings are strongly reminiscent of church. They force hollow conversations that tempt people to make up experiences just to escape the meeting.
Our most recent meeting included discussing the "unwritten rules" of our dept, the "unwritten rules" that exclude DEI people. My boss had to force conversations out of people. He asked one of my co-workers (female/elderly/black/morbidly obese) if she noticed any unwritten rules, she responded "No", and fell back asleep. It was the best part of our meeting!
It's bad, really bad. It's like they're trying to recreate the church, so they can virtue signal and control the flock. I guess they don't want us to notice that our raises are consistently less than inflation, our benefits constantly under threat.
