What's your rapport like with her parents. If you guys are good and get a long it should t be any issue.

If you truly love her and want to marry her, tell them that and that you would like their blessing to marry their daughter.

Pretty much what I did.

Also have a couple of goats or a cow for dowry just in case ;-)
