I use MX18.1 linux, fast as hell. I just checked and the dissenter browser will work since it's a .deb package and MX is Debian based so I just download and open with the Gdebi package installer and it'll be installed automatically. So like the other said and I'll add if your not a linux user than use linux Mint Cinnamon, it's very similar to windows xp in my opinion but faster and is great for a new person and if you use it it's ubuntu based and ubuntu is debian based you'll be able to use the .deb package with it. Mint is the one I recommend to all people changing from windows. If you know how to use linux then I recommend MX18 instead installed from a cd or usb stick to another usb stick so you have a super responsive OS.
