Because 4chan is one of the only bastions of free speech on the internet, and censoring kikes have no control so they spam shit to try and keep people from discussing important things. It's not just the interracial shit, every board that isn't some niche like /po/ is filled with useless, shit threads designed to get people to respond emotionally instead of having any sort of discussion.
