I’m in my 40’s and haven’t been in a fight since either my late 20’s or early 30’s..so maybe I’m not as tough anymore and I just don’t know it.
Start lifting or keep lifting and you will still be tough in your 70s.
Yeah I know, you’re right. I got back into it and then got an unrelated injury.. doc told me to lay off until healed. Problem is it’s been tough to get back into once my momentum was broken.
Yeah it is. Just need to motivated you're to get to it and after a week or two it will become a routine.
I would highly recommend Jim Wendler's 5/3/1, has a great app and is easy to do. If you don't feel like doing a long workout you can just do the main lift and be out of the gym in 20min.
