There's a lot of overlap, and some pills might be skimmed or skipped over. Every situation is different, but that's generally the standard order, and yes it is possible to go backwards.
For myself, I was stuck on heartily accepted the red pill as it easily aligned with what I've known and seen. Jew pill was a gradual process over a few years for me, and having compassion I still struggle with morality in truly fixing this issue permanently. Black pill I barely skimmed over, if at all. Clown pill could be considered a coping mechanism, but it still very very true; so you might as well sit back and enjoy the chaos. White pill I found myself without realizing it; The collapse of Rome is always inevitable, but it's legacy will live on and so will it's people.
