I know this isn't a blog. If dumping into the void offends you, I hear 'yah, man.

I'm in my 30's. My wife would be turning 30 this year, but she's gone - genetic disorder.

All the plans I had for life, have very different variables and assumptions.

How would you give back, if giving back was your new purpose?

Get high on drugs.

I said this before reading the rest. Sorry to hear mate. Just keep busy and do hobbies is what I would recommend. Start a new career maybe?
