Is the modern German really connected to their history and genealogy anymore? The German gene pool was more or less destroyed by the Jews in WW2. I used to work for a German company. And they were required to speak English at the company because the German dialects are so different from one part of the country to the other that people couldn't understand each other. So good riddance. Now if we get rid of Spanish and French and driving on the left side of the road then we might have something.
